自潔式空氣過濾器結構及工作原理
HSC自潔式過濾器由高效過濾筒、文氏管、自潔噴頭、反吹系統、控制系統、凈氣室和出風口、框架等組成。
過濾過程:在壓縮機吸氣負壓作用下,HSC吸入周圍的環境空氣,當空氣穿過高效過濾筒時,粉塵由于重力、靜電、接觸被阻留在濾筒外表面,凈化空氣進入凈氣室然后由出風管送出。
自潔過程:當電腦發出指令,電磁閥啟動并驅動隔膜閥,瞬間釋放一股壓力為0.4-0.6MPa脈沖氣流,經專用噴頭整流噴出,文氏管卷吸,密封、膨脹從濾筒內部均勻的向外沖出將積聚在濾筒外表的粉塵吹落,自潔過程完成。
